Based in Las Vegas, Nevada — and traveling wherever the celebration takes us — I plan, design, and execute events ranging from full wedding weekends to corporate gatherings and intimate social celebrations. I love blending organization with creativity to create experiences that feel both beautiful and seamless, allowing you to be fully present for the moments that matter most.
Everglow Events was born from a genuine love for thoughtful design, meaningful moments, and the joy that comes from bringing a vision to life. I believe the magic of an event is found in the details — how a space flows, how a moment feels, and how your guests experience it all. My role is to guide you through the planning process with clarity and care so every detail feels intentional and every moment feels effortless.
Over the years, I’ve worked hard to curate relationships with some of the best vendors in the industry and have had the opportunity to plan celebrations in incredible destinations — from the coast of California to the Hawaiian Islands and throughout Europe.

We take the guesswork out of planning by guiding you through every step — design, logistics, vendors, timelines, and everything in between. Our full-service planning ensures your event feels beautiful, organized, and authentically you.
Partial Service Planning
Designed for couples with inclusion-heavy venues or those who’ve started planning on their own, our Partial Planning service brings expert structure and elevated guidance to the work you’ve already begun. Everglow steps in to finalize details, streamline communication, and ensure every element is executed with intention and ease.
Event Consultations
Our event consultations are designed to give you clarity, direction, and expert guidance from the very start. Whether you’re planning a wedding, corporate gathering, or social celebration, we’ll walk through your vision, priorities, and logistics to set you up for a seamless and successful planning experience.
Month-Of Coordination
Because it is never actually “day-of,” we schedule a dedicated planning call one month before your event to ensure every detail is aligned. During this meeting, your timeline, floor plans, and vendor list are reviewed and fully handed over to our team. From that point forward, Everglow Events takes over all vendor communication, final confirmations, and logistical coordination. On the day of your wedding, we execute your vision exactly as you intended—allowing you to be fully present, stress-free, and immersed in the moments that matter most.
