Everglow Events was born from a genuine love for thoughtful design, meaningful moments, and the joy that comes from bringing a vision to life. Born and raised in Las Vegas, I was surrounded by world-class hospitality from the start, and that environment naturally pulled me into the world of events. Before launching Everglow Events, I gained invaluable experience planning for renowned properties such as ARIA Resort & Casino, Vdara Hotel & Spa, The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, and The Palazzo at The Venetian. Working inside these iconic spaces taught me precision, creativity under pressure, and what it takes to create an experience that feels truly unforgettable.

I’m Jessie, the owner and lead planner behind Everglow Events. Blending organization with artistry is where I thrive, and I take great pride in creating experiences that feel both stunning and stress-free. My background in events has taught me that the magic is found in the details — how a space flows, how a moment feels, and how the people you love experience it all. My role is to listen closely, guide with confidence, and design with intention so you can be fully present for every part of your celebration.

Designed for couples with inclusion-heavy venues or those who’ve started planning on their own, our Partial Planning service brings expert structure and elevated guidance to the work you’ve already begun. Everglow steps in to finalize details, streamline communication, and ensure every element is executed with intention and ease.

Our event consultations are designed to give you clarity, direction, and expert guidance from the very start. Whether you’re planning a wedding, corporate gathering, or social celebration, we’ll walk through your vision, priorities, and logistics to set you up for a seamless and successful planning experience.

Event Consultations

Because it is never actually “day-of,” we schedule a dedicated planning call one month before your event to ensure every detail is aligned. During this meeting, your timeline, floor plans, and vendor list are reviewed and fully handed over to our team. From that point forward, Everglow Events takes over all vendor communication, final confirmations, and logistical coordination. On the day of your wedding, we execute your vision exactly as you intended—allowing you to be fully present, stress-free, and immersed in the moments that matter most.
